Abstract

This research aims to provide information to buyers and sellers to simplify sales in Green Lake City housing for housing prices, land and building area, as well as an explanation of taxing. This system is also be in charged with promoting media for housing sellers. To become a good company, it is proper management can help customers in processing information of giving the data. Green Lake City housing requires a platform that helps provide information to customers the aspects needed from home sales in Green Lake City. Because there is still a shortage of the latest data processing from the status of taxing in the Green Lake City housing estate. Because Green Lake City Housing is still using operator assistance to ask about tax status and certificates of houses to be sold. The slow system used causes the queue of orders or requests that are the same. The method proposed is a qualitative method. This platform will develop by collecting data. What is expected from this platform is that it can provide input in the Sales Administration Development section to be able to simplify the work and can be re-evaluated the results to be obtained Key words: Platform, Information, housing Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberiankan infromasi kepada pembeli dan penjual untuk memudahkan penjualan di perumahan Green Lake City untuk harga perumahan, luas tanah dan bangunan, juga penjelasan tentang perpajakannya. Sistem ini juga bertugas untuk media promosi bagi penjual perumahan tersebut. Karna disetiap pengelolaan perusahaan yang baik dapat membantu pelanggan dalam pengolahan informasi pemberian data. Perumahan Green Lake City membutuhkan platform yang membantu memberikan informasi kepada pelanggan aspek yang dibutuhkan dari penjualan rumah di Green Lake City. Karna masih adanya kekurangan dari pengolahan data yang terbaru dari status mengenai perpajakan yang ada di perumahan Green Lake City. Karna saat ini Perumahan Green Lake City masih menggunakan bantuan operator untuk menanyakan status pajak dan sertipikat dari rumah-rumah yang akan dijual dan pada proses pengolahan data masih menggunakan sistem manual yang dibantu aplikasi sederhana yaitu Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Excel . Lambatnya sistem yang digunakan menyebabkan antrian orderan atau permintaan yang sama. Metode Penelitian yang gunakan adalah metode kualitatif, Platform ini akan berkembang dengan cara mengumpulkan data pada bagian Sales Administration Development untuk dapat mempermudah pekerjaan dan dapat di evaluasi kembali hasil yang akan didapat.. Yang diharapkan dimana sistem ini dapat lebih memudahkan untuk diterapkan dan lebih mudah dipahami oleh user sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang cepat, tepat, dan akurat.
