Abstract

The Ministry of small and medium sized Business Cooperative is one of the institutions in Indonesia that handle about business and the entrepreneur in Indonesia. The existence of this co-operative aims to monitor the efforts of small and medium enterprises in Indonesia. Because of the type of business, then the Cooperative create one application that is used to collect all the information obtained to monitor how the development of small businesses that have been recorded. The research methods used in this analysis is qualitative research. The data input is carried out by the Ministry of cooperatives, among others, is the name of the type of business, business owners, business start date, address, telephone number, business license, the total number of work force is fixed and not fixed income. After logging attempts were made to eat the entrepreneur will get a certificate from the Ministry of cooperation efforts, where the certificate is a sign that the business conducted legitimate businesses including entrepreneurs and legal. Key words: Cooperatives, Business, Application, System, Data Input Kementerian Koperasi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah adalah salah satu lembaga di Indonesia yang menangani tentang usaha dan para wirausahawan di Indonesia. Adanya koperasi ini bertujuan untuk memantau usaha-usaha kecil dan menengah yang tersebar di Indonesia. Karena jenis usaha yang cukup banyak, maka Koperasi membuat satu aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan semua informasi yang didapat untuk memantau bagaimana perkembangan usaha-usaha kecil yang telah didata. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian analisa ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Input data yang dilakukan oleh kementerian koperasi antara lain adalah jenis usaha, nama pemilik usaha, tanggal mulai usaha, alamat, nomor telepon, surat izin usaha, jumlah tenaga kerja tetap dan tidak tetap, pendapatan. Setelah pendataan usaha dilakukan makan para wirausahawan akan mendapatkan sertifikat usaha dari kementerian koperasi, dimana sertifikat tersebut menjadi tanda bahwa usaha yang dilakukan pengusaha termasuk usaha yang sah dan legal. Selain mendapatkan sertifikat wirausahawan juga harus selalu rutin mengatur keaktifan usahanya. Kata kunci: Koperasi, usaha, aplikasi, sistem, data, input
