Abstract
Oil and gas companies are closely related to occupational safety and health. PT. Canopus Indonesia offers three services, namely OCTG inspection, lifting equipment inspection & maintenance, and downhole inspection tools which for each work have the potential to produce hazards. Based on HSE statistics in 2020, OCTG inspection is a service that contributes to the highest accident rate, so it needs guidance to identify and control hazard risks. Based on the explanation above, the purpose of this research is to find out the work that has the highest risk of accidents and recommend ways of controlling it. Hazard identification risk assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) is used to identify work, and risk assessment until it is known the stages of control that need to be carried out in this research with a target of zero accidents. The results showed that from OCTG inspection services, two jobs with the highest risk assessment were produced at 12, which means that the tolerance criteria are unacceptable and risk control must be carried out. The two jobs are Nondestructive testing (NDT) by Dye penetrant test, and Nondestructive testing (NDT) by EMI Inspection (Electro-Magnetic Inspection). Canopus Indonesia menawarkan tiga pelayanan jasa, yaitu OCTG inspection, lifting equipment inspection & maintenance, dan down hole tools inspection yang mana untuk setiap pekerjaannya berpotensi menghasilkan bahaya. Berdasarkan data HSE statistik tahun 2020, OCTG inspection merupakan pelayanan jasa yang menyumbangkan angka kecelakaan tertinggi, sehingga perlu panduan untuk mengidentifikasi dan pengendalian resiko bahaya. Berdasarkan penjelasan di atas, tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pekerjaan yang memiliki risiko kecelakaan tertinggi dan merekomendasikan cara pengendaliannya. Hazard identification risk assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pekerjaan, penilaian risiko sampai diketahui tahapan pengendalian yang perlu dilakukan di penelitian ini dengan target zero accident. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari pelayanan jasa OCTG inspection dihasilkan dua pekerjaan dengan penilaian risiko tertinggi diangka 12 yang artinya kriteria toleransi tidak dapat diterima dan harus dilakukannya pengendalian risiko. Kedua pekerjaan tersebut yaitu Nondestructive testing (NDT) dengan uji penetran warna, dan Nondestructive testing (NDT) dengan inspeksi EMI (Electro-Magnetic Inspection).
