Abstract
PT Usaha Saudara Mandiri is a company engaged in the manufacture of heating elements. Of the three suppliers, the number of defective materials still exceeds the given tolerance limit of 2%. In addition, decision making can only be made by purchasing managers who only look at price criteria. This study aims to determine the weight of the criteria and sub-criteria, as well as the ranking of steel suppliers that will be a priority. The method used in this research is AHP. The results of the weighted criteria are price (0.388), quality (0.385), service (0.158), delivery accuracy (0.069). The results of the sub-criteria weights are Price with quality of goods (0.318), Ability to give discounts (0.070), Provide consistent quality (0.616), Conformity of goods to specifications (0.194), Provision of goods without defects (0.190), Quick response to resolve complaints (0.070) , Speed of responding to requests (0.042), Ease of communication (0.025), Providing information clearly (0.022), Sending goods by date (0.056), Able to handle transportation (0.013). The results of the priority ranking of steel suppliers are CV GJ (0.612), PT BPB (0.207), PT CBB (0.187). Keywords: supplier, AHP, decision making, criteria, sub-criteria PT Usaha Saudara Mandiri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan elemen pemanas. Dari ketiga supplier tersebut mempunyai jumlah material cacat yang masih melewati batas toleransi yang diberikan sebesar 2%. Selain itu, pengambilan keputusan hanya dapat dilakukan oleh manajer purchasing yang hanya melihat dari kriteria harga. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bobot kriteria dan subkriteria, serta peringkat supplier steel yang akan menjadi prioritas. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah AHP. Hasil bobot kriteria adalah harga (0,388), kualitas (0,385), layanan (0,158), ketepatan pengiriman (0,069). Hasil bobot subkriteria adalah Harga dengan kualitas barang (0,318), Kemampuan memberi diskon (0,070), Memberikan kualitas yang konsisten (0,616), Kesesuaian barang dengan spesifikasi (0,194), Penyediaan barang tanpa cacat (0,190), Cepat tanggap menyelesaikan keluhan (0,070), Kecepatan menanggapi permintaan (0,042), Kemudahan komunikasi (0,025), Memberikan informasi secara jelas (0,022), Mengirim barang sesuai tanggal (0,056), Mampu menangani transportasi (0,013).
