Abstract

The Indies Brothers music community is one of the Independent music communities in the DKI Jakarta area, Indonesia. The community, was founded in early 2017, has around 25 active members as of today. In carrying out community activities obstacles are often found, including not knowing how to promote an event that will be carried out by musicians or the community. Rental of musical instruments to musicians and rental of sound system equipment to the organizers of the event which is still done manually, and the recruitment of members who will join the indies brothers community has not been well recorded. In this study, the approach used in system planning and development is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) while for the design of the flow and system objects using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Applications are built using the CodeIgniter framework. Web-based applications thathave been developed in this study, can help members of the Indies brother community to be able to communicate with each other about information on musical instruments that are leased with the added features of musical instruments and rental of musical instruments. Helped communities in socializing activities with other community members in promoting an event with the feature of making events, purchasing tickets and uploap proof of payment. Recruitment of community members is easier and more organized because it uses the system. Key words—Music Community independent, Web, Codeigniter, SDLC Komunitas musik Indies Brothers merupakan salah satu komunitas musik Independen yang berada di daerah DKI Jakarta, Indonesia. Komunitas yang didirikan di awal tahun2017 telah memiliki sekitar 25 orang anggota aktif hingga saat ini. Dalam melakukan kegiatan komunitas seringkali ditemukan kendala, diantaranya tidak mengetahui bagaimana cara mempromosikan sebuah acara yang akan dilaksanakan oleh musisi atau pihak komunitas. Penyewaan alat musik ke musisi dan penyewaan alat sound system kepada pihak penyelenggara acara yang masih dilakukan secara manual,serta perekrutan anggota yang akan bergabung ke dalam komunitas indies brothers juga belum tercatat dengan baik. Pada penelitian ini, pendekatan yang digunakan dalam perencanaan dan pengembangan sistem adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) sedangkan untuk perancangan alur serta objek sistem menggunakan Unified Modelling Languange (UML). Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan framework Codeigniter. Aplikasi berbasis web yang telah dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini, dapat membantu anggota komunitas Indies brother untuk dapat saling berkomunikasi mengenai informasi alat musik yang disewakan dengan adanya fitur tambah alat musik dan sewa alat music. Komunitas terbantu dalam kegiatan bersosialisasi dengan anggota komunitas lain dalam mempromosikan sebuah acara dengan adanya fitur pembuatan acara, pembelian tiket dan uploap bukti bayar . Perekrutan anggota komunitas menjadi lebih mudah dan teratur karena sudah menggunakan sistem. Kata kunci : Komunitas Musik Independen, Web, Codeigniter, SDLC
