Abstract
ABSTRAK Nama : Farhan Firdaus NIM : 41818320001 Pembimbing TA : Ir. Fajar Masya, MMSI. Judul : Aplikasi Informasi Pengaduan Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Merchant Berbasis Web Pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Kantor Cabang Tambun-Bekasi PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Merupakan salah satu Bank yang berada dibawah naungan BUMN, berdiri sejak tahun 1895, Bank BRI menawarkan berbagai macam fasilitas untuk masyarakat dan merchant atau nasabah yang berkerjasama dengan BRI. Diantara fasilitas yang ditawarkan Bank BRI adalah penyediaan jasa EDC (Electronic Data Capture). BRI selalu mengedepankan pelayanan terhadap merchant. Salah satunya adalah pelayanan pengaduan keluhan dan kerusakan pada EDC yang ada pada merchant, namun untuk saat ini pelaporan kerusakan pada EDC harus melalui call center atau langsung datang ke cabang Bank BRI terdekat, dengan melalui beberapa tahapan, artinya tidak bisa langsung berhubungan dengan tim terkait, sehingga proses perbaikannya memerlukan waktu yang lama, hal ini membuat kurang maksimalnya pelayanan Bank BRI dalam mengumpulkan dan menjaring komplain kerusakan EDC. Dengan membuat sarana pengaduan kerusakan dan keluhan merchant EDC yang berupa web maka Merchant Bank BRI dapat mengadukan permasalahan yang ada pada EDC dan diharapkan dapat penanganan langsung dengan tim terkait tanpa dibatasi tempat dan waktu, sehingga merchant pengguna EDC mempunyai kemudahan untuk melakukan komplain mengenai permasalahan EDC kapanpun dan dimanapun Kata Kunci: Pengaduan, Merchant, EDC, Website http://digilib.mercubuana.ac.id/ vii ABSTRACT Name : Farhan Firdaus Nim : 41818320001 TA Supervisor : Ir. Among the facilities offered by Bank BRI is the provision of EDC (Electronic Data Capture) services. BRI always prioritizes services to merchants. One of them is service complaints complaint and damage to EDC that is in the merchant, but for now the damage reporting on the EDC must go through the call center or directly come to the nearest Bank BRI branch, by going through several stages, meaning that it can not directly relate to the related team, so that the improvement process takes a long time, this makes a less maximal service Bank BRI in collecting and net complaints complaint EDC.
