Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama Mahasiswa NIM : Aulia Ulilfadhilah 41816310042 Pembimbing : Dwi Ade Handayani Capah, S.Kom, M.Kom Judul Tugas Akhir : Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Task Timesheet for Team Project berbasis Android (Studi Kasus: PT. Anggada Duta Wisesa) Bagi karyawan khususnya tim proyek, pencatatan jumlah jam kerja pegawai dapat menggunakan timesheet. Timesheet dapat juga digunakan untuk mengelola dan mengukur tingkat beban kerja setiap tim proyek. Mobilitas setiap tim proyeknya yang cukup tinggi membuat sebuah perusahaan kesulitan dalam melakukan pencatatan pekerjaan setiap tim proyek setiap harinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat menyediakan suatu sistem Timesheet berbasis Android yang dapat membantu para tim proyek sehingga tidak perlu membuat timesheet dengan excel. Bagi para Program Manager, sistem timesheet berbasis Android ini dapat membantu untuk mengelola dan mengukur beban kerja karyawan sehingga setiap karyawan memiliki beban kerja yang tidak berlebih. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu seluruh pihak di perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem Task Timesheet for Team Project berbasis Android yang mampu mengelola data master, data project, dan data timesheet tim proyek. Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi Task Timesheet for Team Project berbasis Android ini diharapkan agar dapat membantu seluruh karyawan khususnya para tim proyek dalam merecord data kegiatan serta kehadirannya di proyek. Diharapkan juga dapat membantu manajemen perusahaan agar tetap dapat memonitoring karyawannya dengan baik serta penghitungan mandays dan beban kerja setiap karyawannya. This research aims to provide an Android-based timesheet system that can help project teams so that they do not need to create a timesheet with Excel. For Program Managers, this Android-based timesheet system can help to manage and measure the workload of employees so that each employee has an excessive workload. This application is expected to help all parties in the company. The method used in building this system is observation, interview, and literature study. The results of this study are an Android-based Task Timesheet for Team Project system that is able to manage master data, project data, and project team timesheet data. By making this Android-based Task Timesheet for Team Project application, hopefully, it can help all employees, especially the project team in recording activity data and their presence in the project. It is also expected to help the management of the company so that they can monitor their employees properly and calculate the mandays and workload of each employee.
