Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of price earning ratio, leverage, growth and return on equity towards company's value. Secondary data is used with collecting documentation data method from IDX website (www.idx.co.id) The object of this research is sub-sector company of the Large Trade in Production and Consumer Goods which listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange since 2014 until 2018. For this research, the sample is taken using purposive sampling method on companies that published the required data for annual reports. From 29 sub sector companies of Large Trade and Consumer Goods listed on IDX, it is found that only 26 companies have completed data to be researched. Thus, there are 130 samples in total. The classic assumption test, the feasibility of model test are used as the statistical test. The results of shows that price earning ratio and return on equity have a positive and significant effect while leverage has a negative and non-significant effect and company growth has a positive and non-significant effect on firm value. Keywords: Price Earning Ratio, Leverage, DER, Growth, Profitability, ROE, Company’s Value, IDX Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Price Earning Ratio, Leverage, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan dan Return On Equity terhadap nilai perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, dengan metode pengumpulan data dokumentasi dari website IDX (www.idx.co.id). Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor Perdagangan Besar Barang Produksi & Barang Konsumsi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2014 – 2018. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling pada perusahaan yang menerbitkan data-data yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian ini dalam laporan tahunannya. Dari 29 perusahaan sub sektor Perdagangan Besar Barang Produksi & Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di IDX, hanya 26 perusahaan yang memiliki data yang lengkap untuk diteliti, sehingga didapat 130 sampel. Uji statistic yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji kelayakan model, uji hipotesis dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Price Earning Ratio dan Return On Equity berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan sedangkan Leverage berpengaruh Negatif dan Tidak Signifikan serta Pertumbuhan Perusahaan berpengaruh Positif dan Tidak Signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
