Abstract
Jakarta merupakan salah satu kota di Indonesia dengan pertumbuhan yang cepat, baik dalam bidang infrastruktur, transportrasi, maupun bidang Arsitektur, dengan ini menjadikan masyarakat dari berbagai penjuru berbondong-bondong berpindah ke kota ini. Kota yang kompleks dan kesibukan pekerjaan akan memunculkan sifat individualisme. Kebudayaan/kebiasaan masyarakat Indonesia yakni ramah dan saling bertegur sapa semakin menurun. Permasalahan ini yang saya angkat sebagai tema bangunan Mixed Use (Hotel, MICE, Shopping Center) yaitu, Ruang Komunal berlandaskan kebudayaan Indonesia, dan Peduli Lingkunan dengan penerapan Green Architecture. yang berjudul “THE WARM PALACE”. Kata Kunci: Arsitektur, Budaya, Komunal, Green Architecture, TOD (Transit Oriented Development).
