Abstract
ABSTRAKSI Salah satu aktivitas penjaminan sistem manajemen mutu suatu perusahaan adalah dengan dilakukannya internal audit di setiap unit departement. Salah satu tujuannya adalah untuk memeriksa kesesuaian antara standar mutu yang ditetapkan. Proses pelaksanaan audit di PT XYZ saat ini masih belum terkomputerisasi secara menyeluruh. Beberapa proses di antaranya masih bersifat manual. Tim Audit PT. XYZ harus membuka dokumen satu persatu untuk menemukan data yang diinginkan. Sehingga pada pelaksanaan audit sendiri sering kali banyak ditemui kendala. Dan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut di buatlah teknologi sistem informasi audit dengan scoring system yang dapat memudahkan pelaksanaan audit. Penilaian dalam sistem ini akan dilakukan dengan menghitung skor setiap rubrik yang akan menghasilkan nilai standar. Nilai ini bisa dijadikan pembanding antara audit terdahulu apakah nilai audit selanjutnya akan lebih atau kurang dari audit sebelumnya. Sehingga perusahaan dapat memonitoring hasil audit dengan mudah dan terukur dengan bantuan sistem informasi yang dibangun. One of its aims is to check the suitability between established quality standards. The process of conducting the audit at PT XYZ is still not fully computerized. Some processes are still manual. Audit Team PT. XYZ must open the document one by one to find the desired data. So in the implementation of the audit itself often encountered many obstacles. And to overcome these obstacles is made technology audit information system with scoring system that can facilitate the implementation of the audit. Assessment in this system will be done by calculating the scores of each rubric that will result in standard values. This value can be used as a comparison between previous audits whether the next audit value will be more or less than the previous audit.
