Abstract

This study examines the ineffective documentation of data in PTSP and also the old habits of citizens who want to get information about their licensing status by coming directly to the local sub-district. This system is intended to improve in terms of community service. This study aims to describe the licensing concept in the One Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) in all sub-district offices in D.K.I Jakarta. The PTSP Implementation Unit itself is one of the fields of the Indonesian government that utilizes technological advancements in its development that have functions for licensing. Likewise with the Management Information System and File Tracking that is currently being developed to facilitate the PTSP Officer itself to document the results of his work. In addition, there is also a tracking system that aims to provide information to citizens about the status of their licenses. The purpose of this study is to design a management information system and file tracking system that is a solution to the weaknesses of the system running, and then applied in the form of a computer-based Management Information System. The research was conducted with Field Research methods, which explained and described the conditions and phenomena that were more clear about the situation that occurred. This system was developed using the Waterfall development method, using the PHP Native and MYSql programming languages as data storage media Keywords: Research, Management Information Systems, Tracking Systems, PTSP Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang kurang efektif nya pendokumentasian data di PTSP dan juga kebiasaan lama Warga yang ingin mendapatkan informasi mengenai status perizinannya dengan datang langsung ke Kecamatan setempat. Sistem ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan dalam hal pelayanan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan konsep perizinan di Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) di seluruh kantor kecamatan di D.K.I Jakarta. Unit Pelaksana PTSP sendiri adalah salah satu bidang pemerintah Indonesia yang memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi dalam perkembangannya yang memiliki fungsi untuk pembuatan perizinan. Begitupun dengan Sistem Informasi Manajemen dan Tracking Berkas yang saat ini sedang di kembangkan untuk memudahkan Petugas dari PTSP itu sendiri untuk mendokumentasikan hasil pekerjaannya. Selain itu juga terdapat sistem tracking yang bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada warga mengenai status dari perizinannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang suatu sistem informasi manajemen dan sistem tracking berkas yang merupakan solusi dari kelemahan sistem berjalan, dan kemudian diterapkan dalam bentuk Sistem Informasi Manajemen berbasis komputer. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode penelitian Lapangan (Field Research), yaitu memaparkan dan menggambarkan keadaan serta fenomena yang lebih jelas mengenai situasi yang terjadi. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode pengembangan Waterfall, dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemograman PHP Native dan MYSql sebagai media penyimpanan datanya.
