Abstract

PT. X bergerak di bidang manufaktur, untuk melakukan proses produksinya PT. X menggunakan mesin bubut CNC. Dalam proses pencekaman benda kerja pada chuck menggunakan sistem pneumatik dengan udara bertekanan yang di suplai oleh kompresor sekrup. Permasalahan yang di alami oleh kompresor saat ini adalah kerusakan terdapat kebocoran pada oil filter akibat dari temperatur oli yang tinggi. Kerusakan pada oil filter diakibatkan karena faktor usia dari oli kompresor. Permasalahan berikutnya adalah belum tersedianya jadwal pemeliharaan/perawatan kompresor. Penelitian ini melakukan evaluasi terhadap jadwal pemeliharaan kompresor dengan metode gantt chart dan analisa penyebab utama kerusakan menggunakan diagram fishbone pada kebocoran oil filter. Perbaikan yang dilakukan terhadap kasus kebocoran oil filter agar tidak terjadi kembali yaitu dengan dibuatkan jadwal perawatan kompresor (Preventive Maintenance Schedule) serta dilengkapi form pengisian checksheet (Preventive Maintenance Checksheet) untuk mempermudah teknisi/operator saat melakukan aktifitas perawatan kompresor. Dengan adanya jadwal perawatan serta pelaksanaan yang konsisten dan rekomendasi analisa penyebab utama kerusakan menggunakan diagram fishbone pada oil filter, maka kerusakan oil filter dapat di hindari. kata kunci : Diagram fishbone, jadwal perawatan, kompresor sekrup, gantt chart. http://digilib.mercubuana.ac.id/ vi MAINTENANCE PLANNING USING GANTT CHART METHODE IN SCREW COMPRESSOR HITACHI DSP-75 WHICH EXPERIENCE HIGH OIL TEMPERATURE FOR CNC LATHE MACHINE IN PT. In the process of clamping the workpiece on the chuck using a pneumatic system with pressurized air supplied by the compressor screw. The problem that is experienced by the compressor at this time is the damage there is a leak in the oil filter due to high oil temperatures. Damage to the oil filter is caused by the lifetime factor of the compressor oil.. The next major issue is the unavailability of a maintenance schedule. In this research evaluated the maintenance schedule for the compressor with a Gantt chart method and root cause failure analysis using fishbone diagram in oil filter. Improvements made to the case of leakage of oil filter to prevent recurrence are made by the compressor maintenance schedule (Preventive Maintenance Schedule) as well as completed the form filling checksheet (Preventive Maintenance Checksheet) to facilitate the technician / operator when performing compressor maintenance activities. By the presence of a maintenance schedule as well as consistent implementation and recommendation from root cause failure analysis using fishbone diagram in oil filter, then oil filter failure can be avoided.
