Abstract

Pada tahap perancangan poros sangat diperlukan pengujian putaran kritis. Hal itu disebabkan karena putaran operasi suatu poros harus terhindar dari putaran kritis. Apabila tidak, akan menyebabkan poros terjadi kerusakan. Untuk mengetahui nilai putaran kritis diperlukan pengujian dengan cara mengukur parameter defleksi dan kecepatan putar. Untuk mempermudah pengukuran tersebut diperlukan sistem kontrol dan akuisisi data pada alat uji, namun pengembangan sistem yang ada sekarang masih terbatas. Oleh karenanya pada penelitian ini dikembangkan sistem kontrol dan akuisisi data otomatis dengan model perangkat lunak open source berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino Uno R3 dan Microsoft visual C#. Sistem dirancang dan dibuat dengan perangkat masukan berupa sensor kontak digital dan proximity untuk mengukur defleksi dan kecepatan putaran. Sinyal yang dibaca, diolah secara otomatis menggunakan mikrokontroler dan perangkat lunak untuk ditampilkan ke layar komputer berbentuk angka dan grafik secara real-time serta dapat disimpan di komputer dengan format *.csv dan *.png. Dalam kalibrasi dan pengujian yang dilakukan pada sistem kontrol dan sistem akuisisi data ini, memiliki akurasi perintah kontrol putaran motor sebesar 94,6%, akurasi pembacaan pada parameter kecepatan putaran poros uji sebasar 91,745% dan untuk defleksi sebesar 99,548%. Pada pengujian sebuah spesimen material poros ST41 dengan panjang 1000mm dan diameter 16mm sistem kontrol dan akusisisi data dapat melakukan kontrol serta pembacaan data yang baik dan stabil. So, in this study developed control system and acquisition data automatically by a model of software open-source based microcontroller Arduino Uno R3 and Microsoft visual C #. The system in design and made by the input in the form of the contact digital sensor and proximity to measure deflection and speed round. The signal processed automatically using microkontroller and software to show to a computer screen shaped digits and graphs in a real-time and can be stored in a computer with the format *.csv and *.png. In the calibration and testing in control system and the system acquisition data, had an accuracy of the motor control rounds of 94,6 %, accuracy readings on parameters of speed round pivot’s test of 91,745 % and to deflection of 99,548 %. On the testing a pivot material specimens ST41, the size of longs 1000mm and diameters 16mm, control system and acquisition data can control and read the data is stable and well.
