Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Sebagai perusahaan dengan tingkat pemakaian atau pengoperasian alat berat yang tinggi, seperti Excavator, Wheel Loader, Tuck Mixer dan Genset, tentu penggunaan bahan bakar solar juga sangat tinggi. Maka dari itu harus dilakukan pengontrolan yang sangat ketat untuk mencegah terjadinya loss material yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor teknis maupun tindak pencurian. Penelitian dengan judul “Integrasi Fuel Consumption Dengan ERP System PT Pionirbetin Industri” memiliki rumusan masalah bagaimana merancang dan mengimplementasikan sebuah sistem baru untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pemakaian bahan bakar solar yang masih manual dengan mengitegrasikannya dengan ERP yang sudah ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem baru penggunaan bahan bakar solar dengan menggunakan mesin dispenser digital dan terintegrasi dengan sistem ERP yang sudah ada. Hal yang akan dilakukan adalah merubah sistem pengisian solar lama secara manual, baik pencatatan maupun pengisian (menggunakan flow meter analog) dengan menggunakan mesin Fuel Dispenser digital dan mengintegrasikannya dengan ERP System. Dengan penerapan system baru ini akan menghasilkan proses control terhadap Fuel Consumption (solar) yang lebih mudah dan akurat, karena segala bentuk pengeluaran solar dari tangki (Fuel Storage) akan terecord dan data secara otomatis tersimpan di server. Therefore must be done very strict control to prevent loss of material caused by various technical factors and theft. The research entitled "Integration Fuel Consumption With ERP System PT Pionirbetin Industri" has a problem formulation how to design and implement a new system to solve the problem of manual diesel fuel usage by integrating it with existing ERP. The purpose of this research is to create a new system of using diesel fuel using digital dispenser machine and integrated with existing ERP system. The thing that will be done is to change the old solar charging system manually, both recording and filling (using analog flow meter) by using digital Fuel Dispenser machine and integrate it with ERP System. With the implementation of this new system will result in a more convenient and accurate Fuel Consumption (solar) control process, since all forms of diesel fuel from the tank (Fuel Storage) will be blocked and the data is automatically stored on the server.
