Abstract
ABSTRAKSI Dalam usaha penyedia sewa lapangan futsal saat ini, sering kali menemui kendala dalam usaha sewa tersebut dengan sudah tersedianya fasilitas-fasilitas lapangan-lapangan futsal di kampus, sekolah, dan kantor, serta pelayanan dan penyediaan jenis lantai lapangan yang bervariatif sehingga banyak usaha sewa futsal yang perlu melakukan sistem pelayanan terbaik agar tetap berjalan baik. Salah satu cara pelayanan terbaik kepada pengguna lapangan futsal, adalah dengan memberikan kemudahan penjadwalan dan sistematika pengaturan booking yang baik sehingga pengguna lapangan dapat optimal untuk bermain futsal. Lewat Implementasi metode penjadwalan First Come First Served (FCFS) dapat digunakan untuk menangani permasalahan penjadwalan melalui proses untuk mengelola penjadwalan sehingga jadwal tidak bertabrakan, dengan mendahulukan proses dengan prioritas paling pertama dalam urutan proses, sehingga penjadwalan lebih efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci: Penjadwalan, First Come First Served, Web. ABSTRACT In the current business of futsal field rental providers, often encounter obstacles in the rental business with the availability of futsal field facilities on campus, schools, and offices, as well as service and provision of various types of field floors so that many futsal rental businesses need to do the best service system to keep it going well. One of the best ways of service to futsal field users, is to provide easy scheduling and systematic arrangement of good booking arrangements so that field users can be optimal for playing futsal. Through the Implementation of the First Come First Served scheduling method (FCFS) can be used to handle scheduling problems through a process to manage scheduling so that the schedule does not collide, by prioritizing the process with the first priority in the process sequence, so that scheduling is more effective and efficient.
