Abstract

ABSTRAK CV.XYZ yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan karoseri memiliki permasalahan tentang keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk minimalisir angka kecelakaan dalam bekerja dan menganalisis penyabab jenis kecelakaan yang terjadi di CV.XYZ. Metode Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin, (5R) digunakan sebagai proses pemecahan masalah lima langkah untuk meminimalisir angka kecelakaan yang terjadi di CV.XYZ. Tools yang akan digunakan dalam Penelitian Laporan Tugas Akhir adalah Diagram Fishbone dan Diagram Pareto. Data yang diperoleh pada diagram pareto pada tahun 2016 jenis kecelakaan terbesar yaitu tergores dengan jumlah sebesar 24 kali kejadian selama setahun, dan pada tahun 2017 sebesar 20 kali kejadian dalam 1 tahun. perhitungan pada safe t-score pada periode tahun 2017 sebesar - 3943,88 dan hasil pengukuran nilai Safe T-score pada periode bulan Januari – Juni 2018 angkanya sebesar -2711,83. Data tersebut menunjukkan terjadi penurunan tingkat frekuensi kecelakaan kerja pada masa kini jika dibandingkan terhadap masa lampau. Safe t-score adalah angka yang tidak mempunyai dimensi. Arti Safe t-score positif menunjukkan keadaan yang memburuk sedangkan angka negatif menunjukkan keadaan membaik. Kata kunci : Kesehatan dan Keselamatan kerja, Diagram Fishbone, Diagram Pareto, 5R. ABSTRACT CV.XYZ engaged in the manufacture of the car has a problem about work safety and occupational health. The purpose of this study is to minimize the number of accidents in work and analyze the type of accident that occurred in CV.XYZ. The Quick Method, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin, (5R) is used as a five-step problem-solving process to minimize accident numbers occurring in CV.XYZ. Tools that will be used in Research Final Report is Fishbone Diagram and Pareto Diagram. Data obtained on the pareto diagram in 2016 the largest accident type is scratched with the amount of 24 times the incident during the year, and in 2017 for 20 times the incident in 1 year. the calculation of the safe t-score for the period of 2017 was -3943.88 and the measured value of Safe T-score in the period of January - June 2018 amounted to -2711.83. The data shows a decrease in the frequency of occupational accidents in the present when compared to the past. Safe t-score is a number that has no dimension.
