Abstract

Alas batako merupakan salah satu bagian penting dalam penggunaan mesin pengering batako, mesin ini bertujuan utama yakni untuk memaksimalkan hasil produksi dan juga dapat menghemat lahan saat proses penjemuran serta bisa terus berproduksi meski dalam musim hujan. Maka dari itu supaya tepat dalam pemilihan jenis material, alas batako harus di uji terlebih dahulu menggunakan simulasi statik perangkat lunak solidwork 2016. Mesin pengering batako ini dirancang dengan cara kerja menggunakan sumber panas dari limbah serbuk kayu serta kayu bakar, alas batako mengunakan jenis material stainless steel 304 dengan tegangan luluh 2068,07 x 10⁵ N/m². Dari hasil simulasi statik dengan perbandingan 3 jenis material menggunakan perangkat lunak solidworks 2016 stainless steel 304 tingkat keamanannya lebih besar yakni 102.38 untuk force 84 kg dan 46.52 untuk force 200 kg. Kata kunci : Simulasi Statik, Stainless Steel 304, Force, Solidworks 2016 http://digilib.mercubuana.ac.id v Abstrack Brick base is one of the important parts in the use of brick drying machine, this machine aims to maximize production results and also can save land during the drying process and can continue to produce even in the rainy season. Therefore, in order to be precise in the selection of material type, the brick base must be tested first using static simulation of Solidwork 2016 software. This brick drying machine is designed in a way that uses heat source from wood powder waste and firewood, brick base using 304 stainless steel material with yield voltage 2068.07 x 10 ⁵ N/m². From static simulation using SolidWorks 2016 software is expected to get good results about the type of stainless steel material 304 able to withstand the load 84 kg on 6 blocks that have been arranged on the base that has been prepared.
