Abstract

ABSTRAK PERANCANGAN PENGUKURAN KINERJA PERUSAHAAN DENGAN METODE BALANCED SCORECARD STUDI KASUS DI PT ABC Industri konstruksi saat ini merupakan salah satu industri favorit di Indonesia. Peningkatan infrastruktur dari pemerintah maupun pembangunan berbagai macam konstruksi oleh investor-lah yang membuat industri konstruksi sedang hangat dibandingkan dengan industri yang lain. Metode Balanced Scorecard merupakan pendekatan strategi manajemen yang dikembangkan oleh Drs. Robert Kaplan dari Harvard Business School dan David Norton pada awal 1990. Balanced Scorecard merupakan analisis keseimbangan antara performansi keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, dan pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dalam pengukuran kinerja suatu perusahaan dengan metode Balanced Scorecard pada perusahaan swasta berbasis konstruksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bobot tiap perspektif adalah Perspektif keuangan : 37.6% ; Perspektif pelangan : 30.6% ;Perspektif proses bisnis internal : 2.4% ; Perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran : 29.22%. Sedangkan Kinerja PT. ABC pada perspektif keuangan adalah 3.6 ; perspektif pelanggan adalah 3.84 ; perspektif proses bisnis internal adalah 4.3 dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan adalah 4. Perspektif yang paling besar pengaruhnya adalah perspektif keuangan dan yang paling kecil adalah proses bisnis internal. Kinerja keseluruhan perusahaan adalah 3.84. Hal ini menandakan perusahaan memiliki kinerja yang baik. Kata kunci : Balanced Scorecard, Pengukuran kinerja, Keuangan, Pelanggan, Bisnis Internal, Pertumbuhan dan Pembelajaran ABSTRACT COMPANY PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT DESIGN WITH BALANCED SCORECARD METHOD CASE STUDY IN PT ABC The construction industry is currently one of the favorite industries in Indonesia. Infrastructure improvement from the government and the construction of various kinds of construction by investors is what makes the construction industry warm compared to other industries. The Balanced Scorecard method is a management strategy approach developed by Drs. Robert Kaplan from Harvard Business School and David Norton in the early 1990s. The Balanced Scorecard is a balance analysis between financial performance, customers, internal business processes, and growth. This study aims to analyze the performance measurement of a company using the Balanced Scorecard method for construction-based private companies. The results show that the weight of each perspective is a financial perspective: 37.6%; Customer perspective: 30.6%; internal business process perspective: 2.4%; Growth and learning perspective: 29.22%. While the performance of PT. ABC in the financial perspective is 3.6; customer perspective is 3.84; The perspective of internal business processes is 4.3 and the learning and growth perspective is 4. The perspective that has the most influence is the financial perspective and the smallest is the internal business process. The overall performance of the company is 3.84.
