Abstract
ABSTRAK Perusahaan CV AXY bergerak dibidang Industri peternakan ayam. Persediaan yang diterapkan oleh CV. AXY selama ini hanya terpaku pada pengendalian persediaan traditional yang sudah diterapkan berdasarkan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengendalian persediaan pakan ayam yang diterapkan CV. AXY sudah optimal dalam menekan biaya persediaan, serta menentukan jumlah pemesanan yang ekonomis terhadap persediaan pakan ayam, berapa frekuensi pemesanan, dan kapan titik pemesanan kembali.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yang bersifat kuantitatif karena penelitian ini berkaitan dengan objek penelitian yaitu pada perusahaan dengan kurun waktu tertentu, pengumpulan data dan informasi yang berkaitan dengan perusahaan dan disesuaikan dengan tujuan penelitian. Teknik analisis deskriptif yang digunakan untuk menganalisis permasalahan pengendalian persediaan dalam upaya menekan biaya persediaan dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan dapat menghemat biaya persediaan jika perusahaan menggunakan metode EOQ. Perbandingan total biaya persediaan menurut perusahaan sebesar Rp 20.775.000, sedangkan menurut hasil perhitungan dengan metode EOQ sebesar Rp 16.351.000, selisih biaya antara metode EOQ dan perusahaan sebesar Rp 3.925.074. Frekuensi pemesanan menurut metode yang diterapkan perusahaan dengan 12 kali pemesanan dalam setahun dan menurut metode EOQ frekuensi pemesanan dalam satu tahun hanya 6 kali pemesanan. Titik pemesanan kembali menurut metode EOQ adalah ketika persediaan pakan ayam digudang tersisa 79,75 ton. AXY during it's just glued to the traditional inventory control already applied on the basis of the company. This research aims to find out if inventory control is applied to chicken feed CV. AXY already optimal in suppressing the cost of supplies, as well as to determine the number of reservations against an economical supply of chicken feed, how many frequencies reservations, and when the point of booking again. This research uses descriptive method quantitative connotations because this research is related to the object of research in the company with a specific period of time, the collection of data and information relating to the company and adapted to the purpose of the research. Descriptive analysis techniques are used to analyze the problem of inventory control in an attempt to suppress the cost of inventory by using the method of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ).The results showed that the company can save on the cost of supplies if the company using the EOQ method. A comparison of the total cost of inventories according to the company of Rp 20,775,000, while according to the results of the calculation of EOQ method of Rp 16,351,000, the difference in cost between the EOQ method and the company amounting to Rp 3,925,074. The frequency of the applied methods according to the booking company with 12 times the reservation within a year and according to the frequency of the EOQ method of booking within one year only six times.
