Abstract
Abstrak PT Cahaya Bina Mandir (CBM) merupakan perusahaan dibidang kontruksi bangunan didalam perusahaan tersebut 5R belum diterapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan 5R pada divisi sipil tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan kuesioner pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS untuk menentukan validitas dan reliabilitas dari hasil penerapan 5R tersebut. Hasil pengolahan data dari 115 responden didapat bobot presentase nilai setelah penerapan 5R dilakukan yaitu setuju 34% biasa saja 45% tidak setuju 21%. Kesimpulan berdasarkan observasi lapangan berupa gambar serta diperkuat dengan wawancara langsung kepada pimpinan proyek penerapan 5R memberikan dampak positif terhadap perbaikan lingkungan kerja. The purpose of this research is to know the application of 5R to the civil division. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method using data processing questionnaire using SPSS program to determine the validity and reliability of the results of the 5R implementation. Results of data processing from 115 respondents obtained weight percentage of value after application of 5R is done that is agree 34% ordinary 45% not agree 21%. Conclusions based on field observations in the form of drawings and reinforced by direct interviews to project leaders of 5R implementation have a positive impact on the improvement of work environment.
