Abstract

ABSTRAK Prusahaan ini memproduksi plastik pvd untuk keperluan proyek pembangunan infrastuktur berfungsi untuk mempercepat proses konsolidasi tanah, terutama pada jenis tanah lempung atau lanau. Mesin yang digunakan untuk memproduksi produk ini dapat diatur kecepatannya. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pembanguan infrastrktur nanti perusahaan harus mempercepat kecepatan mesin tersebut untuk bisa mencukupi keperluan pembangunan infrastruktur. jadi penelitian ini mengenai kecepatan mesin pada proses produksi. Dengan rumusan permasalahan bagaimana pengaruh kecepatan mesin pada proses produksi. Dengan tujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui apa pengaruh jika kecepatan mesin pada proses produksi di ubah dalam proses pembuatan produk. 2) Melakukan Perbandingan hasil dari variansi kecepatan mesin pada proses produksi. 3) Melakukan perbaikan pada kecepatan proses produksi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kecepatan mesin berpengaruh terhadap hasil produksi. Angka Hubungan yang di dapat sebesar 96%. Metode yang digunakan metode Eksperimen, pengunaan variabel terikat dan variabel bebas dengan analisa korelasi dan regresi , dan Fishbone untuk mengetahui sebab akibat dari suatu masalah. Kata kunci : Metode Eksperimen, Pengaruh Kecepatan Mesin Pvd, Plastik Prepabricated Vertical Drain. ABSTRACT This company produces plastic pvd for the purpose of infrastructure development projects to accelerate the process of land consolidation, especially in the type of clay or silt soil. The machine used to manufacture this product can be set its speed. To meet the needs of infrastructure development later the company must accelerate the speed of the machine to be sufficient for infrastructure development needs. so this research is about speed of machine in production process. With the formulation of the problem how the influence of engine speed on the production process. With the goal 1) To know what effect if the speed of the machine in the production process is changed in the process of making the product. 2) Comparing the results of engine speed variance in the production process. 3) Make improvements in the speed of production process. This study concluded that the speed of the engine affect the production. Figures in the relationship can be as high as 96%. The method used experimental method, the use of dependent variables and independent variables with correlation and regression analysis, and Fishbone to determine the cause of a problem.
