Abstract
The application of information systems is not only needed by companies providing goods and services where the information needs of the products or services they provide are very important for the running of the company's business operations, but information systems are also needed by construction companies both for project owners and project implementers, in terms of I want to lift, I will make an application that can simplify the business process nets in a mall, where the tenants of the mall kiosk do not need to come directly to the location to know how the conditions and price of the place they want to rent. These things are very important for an entrepreneur who wants to start his business or is opening a branch, because as an entrepreneur of time, energy, cost is very important, with the making of this web-based mall kiosk management information system, it will greatly reduce the savings of time, energy, and also the costs for entrepreneurs to help them get better in the future. Keywords: Rental kiosks, mall kiosk rental systems, information systems, lighthouse universities Penerapan perancangan sistem tidak hanya dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan perusahaan penyedia barang dan jasa dimana keperluan informasi atas produk atau jasa yang mereka sediakan sangatlah penting untuk jalannya operasi bisnis perusahaan, tetapi perancangan system juga dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan perusahaan konstruksi baik untuk pemilik proyek maupun pelaksana proyek, dalam hal yang ingin saya angkat, saya akan membuat aplikasi yang dapat mempermudahkan jalanya proses bisnis dalam suatu mall, dimana para penyewa kios mall tidak perlu datang langsung ke lokasi untuk tau bagaimana keadaan dan harga tempat yang ingin dia sewa. Hal – hal tersebut sangatlah penting bagi seorang pengusaha yang ingin merintis usahanya atau sedang membuka cabang , karena sebagai pengusaha waktu , tenaga , biaya sangatlah penting , dengan terbuatnya perancangan sistem pengelolaan sewa kios mall berbasis web ini , maka akan sangat memangkas penghematan waktu , tenaga , dan juga biaya bagi para pengusaha untuk membantu mereka menjadi lebih baik kedepanya.
