Abstract
ABSTRAK Pembentukan lemhannas pada dasarnya merupakan jawaban atas tuntutan perkembangan lingkungan strategic baik nasional dan internasional yang mengharuskan adanya integrasi dan kerjasama yang mantap serta dinamis antar para aparatur Sipil, TNI, Polri dan pimpinan Swasta Nasional serta pimpinan politik dan organisasi kemasyarakatan, dalam rangka penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan negara. Perlunya pembangunan berkelanjutan sudah mencapa pada titik puncaknya. Isu lingkungan global tidak hanya menjadi wacana yang hangat dibicarakan Karena dampaknya sudah dapat dirasakan langsung seperti perubahan perilaku cuaca, kenaikan permukaan air laut, berbagai macam bencana, berkurangnya air bersih, hingga wabah penyakit global. Kondisi ini memperlihatkan betapa rentannya bidang arsitektur dalam menymbang CO2 yang memicu pemanasan global. Dari aspek diatas maka tema yang tepat untuk rancangan Menara Lemhannas adalah “Suistainable building”, tema tersebut mempunyai 5 (lima) prinsip yaitu : tidak merusak alam, standar etik dan sosial, ekonomis namun tetap memiliki nilai estetika, dan inovasi. Dari 5 (lima) prinsip tersebut apabila dikaitkan dengan kondisi pada area perancangan maka diharapkan rancangan tidak merusak alam dan tetap melestarikan bangunan utama yang merupakan bangunan bersejarah, serta memiliki inovasi dan estetika tinggi sehingga menjadi landmark kawasan namun tetap memperhatikan tingkatan ekonomis. . Kata Kunci: Menara Lemhannas, Pembangunan berkelanjutan, Arsitektur Hijau. ABSTRACT The establishment of lemhannas is basically the answer to the demands of the development of strategic environment both nationally and internationally which necessitates the integration and cooperation of steady and dynamic among civil apparatus, TNI, Police and National Private leaders and political leaders and social organizations, in the framework of the administration of the state. The need for sustainable development has reached its peak. The issue of the global environment is not only a warmly discussed discourse because its impacts can be felt immediately such as changes in weather behavior, sea level rise, various disasters, reduced water supply, to global disease outbreaks. This condition shows how vulnerable the field of architecture in menybbang CO2 that trigger global warming. From the above aspect, the appropriate theme for Lemhannas Tower design is "Suistainable building", the theme has 5 (five) principles: non-destructive nature, ethical and social standards, economical but still have aesthetic value, and innovation. Of the 5 (five) principles when associated with the conditions in the design area is expected to design does not damage the nature and still preserve the main building which is a historic building, and has a high innovation and aesthetics that become a landmark of the region but still pay attention to the economic level.
