Abstract

Along with the development of fast and sophisticated technology and information, it takes security, ease and speed of data transfer to run a business for a company. WAN computer networks supported by VPN technology are needed to connect headquarters with branch offices in separate locations. VPN (Virtual Private Network) is a safe and reliable technology (secure and reliable) that can connect private networks between offices using internet public communication. IPSec VPN can protect corporate data between head office and branch offices, besides IPSec VPN can also improve the company's business efficiency. This study will analyze Quality of Service on the site-to-site network using IPSec VPN protocol from a technical point of view to be able to analyze the security and performance factors applied in the Astra Graphia Information Technology Company. The observation method is done by observing the graph from the simulation results using GNS3 and Wireshark. Key words: IPSec, VPN, Site-to-site Network, Quality of service, Network Security Seiring berkembangnya teknologi dan informasi yang serba cepat dan canggih, dibutuhkan keamanan, kemudahan dan kecepatan transfer data untuk menjalankan bisnis suatu perusahaan. Jaringan komputer WAN yang didukung teknologi VPN diperlukan untuk menghubungkan kantor pusat dengan kantor cabang yang lokasinya terpisah. VPN (Virtual Private Network) merupakan teknologi yang aman dan terpercaya (secure and reliable) yang dapat menghubungkan jaringan private antar kantor dengan menggunakan komunikasi publik internet. VPN IPSec dapat melindungi data perusahaan antara kantor pusat dengan kantor cabang, selain itu VPN IPSec juga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis perusahaan. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis Quality of Service pada jaringan site-to-site menggunakan protokol VPN IPSec dari segi teknis untuk dapat menganalisis faktor keamanan dan performansi yang diterapkan di Perusahaan Astra Graphia Information Technology. Metode observasi dilakukan dengan melakukan pengamatan terhadap grafik dari hasil simulasi menggunakan GNS3 dan Wireshark. Kata kunci: IPSec, VPN, Jaringan site-to-site, Quality of service, Keamanan Jaringan
