Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Moh Fadhullah Ma’ruf NIM : 41515210045 Pembimbing TA : Dwi Anindyani Rochmah,ST,MTI Judul Tugas Akhir : Implementasi Aplikasi Penjadwalan Siswa UT School. Abstrak — UT School adalah cabang dari perusahaan besar yaitu PT United Tractors. UT School memiliki siswa yang sangat handal dalam menghadapi permasalahan alat - alat berat, karenadisiplin ilmu teknik mesin dan teori dasar. Untuk menunjang dasar teori, siswa membutuhkan jadwal untuk mengatur hal - hal apa saja yang harus dipelajari dari hari ke hari. Dalam melihat jadwal pelajaran para siswa masih harus menanyakan jadwal secara langsung dengan mendatangi kepada pihak instruktur yang diruangan instruktur.Untuk mempermudah siswa dan instruktur dalam mengetahui jadwal maka akan dikembangkan sistem jadwal harian yang sebelum nya adalah berbasis Excel kemudian menjadi web. Aplikasi dikembangkan dengan menggunakan bahasa php karena dalam menggunakan bahasa php akan mudah untuk membuat web dasar. Dalam hal ini UT School menggunakan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web untuk membantu dan mempermudah dalam melihat jadwal harian dan menerapkan metode SDLC untuk melihat kembali aplikasi yang dikembangkan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk membangun aplikasi penjadwalan yang didukung dengan fasilitas mengelolaan data untuk menginput jadwal dari Excel menuju database. Abstract - UT School is a subsidiary of a large company, PT United Tractors. UT School has students who are very reliable in dealing with the problems of heavy equipment, because of the disciplines of mechanical engineering and basic theory. To support the basic theory, students need a schedule to regulate things - things that must be learned day by day. In looking at the lesson schedule students still have to ask the schedule directly by going to the instructor who feels in the room of the instructor. To make it easier for students and instructors to know the schedule, a daily schedule system will be developed that was previously based on excel and than became a web. The application was developed using php language because in using php language it would be easier to create a basic web. And for databases using phpmyadmin. In this case UT School uses a web-based application to help and make it easier to view the daily schedule and apply the SDLC method to look back at the application developed. This paper aims to build a scheduling application that is supported by data management facilities to input schedule from Excel to the database. Keywords: Web, UT School, Daily Schedules, SDLC
