Abstract

Telegram is one of the (IM) instant Messaging released in 2013 which is one of the Instant Messaging applications that many people use in the world. Among the advantages of Instant Messaging Telegram include the existence of a foundation in the use of Application Programming Interface (API) for all users. Telegram itself can be downloaded for free, the API that Telegram has provided is one of the features of the Telegram API Bot. In the past, the implementation of Bots has been used a lot now, Bot's proposal itself is one of the things in providing data to users that is not limited by time. Islamic information such as daily prayer schedules, daily Al-Qur'an and Prayer is very often needed for Muslims, especially in Indonesia, which has the most Muslim majority population in the world, information that can be accessed through many applications. but not through one application, with the Telegram Bot API it can make it easier for users to just send a command that is bog provided and the Telegram API Bot will send Islamic information that will be given directly to users who give orders to the Telegram API Bot. In this study the programming language is used to design Python-based bot. commands to bots. In this study the programming language is used to design Python-based bot. Keywords: Python, Bot Telegram, info islami Telegram adalah salah satu (IM) instant Messaging yang di keluarkan pada tahun 2013 yang menjadi salah satu aplikasi Instan Messenger yang banyak di gunakan orang di dunia. Di antara kelebihan pesan instan Messenger Telegram di antaranya yaitu adanya landasan dalam pengunaan Application Program Insterface (API) untuk semua penguna. Telegram sendiri dapat di download secara gratis, API yang telah di sediakan Telegram salah satunya yaitu fitur Bot API Telegram. Dala, implementasi Bot sudah mulai banyak digunakan untuk saat ini, keunggulan Bot sendiri salah satunya yaitu dalam menyediakan data terhadap penguna tidak terbatas oleh waktu. Informasi islami seperti Jadwal solat, Al.Quran dan Do’a sehari-hari sangat sering dibutuhkan bagi umat muslim terutama di Indonesia yang memiliki penduduk mayoritas muslim terbanyak di dunia, informasi yang dapat diakses melalui banyak aplikasi. namun tidak melalui satu aplikasi, dengan Telegram Bot API bisa mempermudah penguna hanya mengirim perintah terhadat Bot yang di sediakan dan Bot API Telegram akan mengirim informasi islami yang di perintahan akan langsung diberikan terhadap pengguna yang memberikan perintah terhadap Bot API Telegram. Dalam penelitian ini bahasa pemrograman yang di gunakan untuk merancang Bot yaitu Python. Kata kunci: Python, Bot Telegram, info islami
