Abstract

Planetary gear is a tool that consists of some of the gear that has a function, one of which increase rounds. Some of the gear of the planetary gear, such as: sun gear, pinion gear and ring gear. This design consists of 3 stage to increase rounds with the ratio 1:216. When there are collisions with other gear gear one, then it would appear the vibe on the collision. The appearance of this vibration will be analyzed further by several methods. The design of this planetary gear system will use Solidworks software. The use of Solidworks in this stage is to design the design of the gear, the carrier and the assembly on a planetary gear. Later analysis of vibration caused by the collision of Ansys software will be used. Ansys analysis will yield 3 of output from stage 1, 2 and 3. The results of this research is the creation of the desired ratio and is able to analyze the vibration that was created from this planetary gear system. On the analysis of the 3 stage, then obtained that in stage 3 vibration value will be high in amplitude 6.54 E-06. Then to overcome it, then it will use lubricating grease or oil. Key Words: Vibration, Planetary Gear, Ratio, Gear Planetary gear merupakan sebuah alat yang terdiri dari beberapa gear yang memiliki fungsi, salah satunya meningkatkan putaran. Beberapa gear yang terdapat pada planetary gear, seperti : sun gear, pinion gear dan ring gear. Desain ini terdiri dari 3 stage untuk meningkatkan putaran dengan ratio 1:216. Ketika terjadi tumbukan gear satu dengan gear lain, maka akan muncul getaran pada tumbukan tersebut. Kemunculan getaran ini nantinya akan dianalisis lebih lanjut dengan beberapa metode. Perancangan sistem planetary gear ini akan menggunakan software Solidworks. Penggunaan Solidworks pada tahap ini ialah untuk merancang desain gear, carrier dan assembly pada planetary gear. Kemudian analisis getaran yang timbul akibat tumbukan akan digunakan software Ansys. Analisis Ansys akan menghasilkan 3 output yang terdiri dari stage 1, 2 dan 3. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah terciptanya ratio yang diinginkan dan mampu menganalisis getaran yang tercipta dari sistem planetary gear ini. Pada analisis 3 stage tersebut, maka didapatkan bahwa pada stage 3 nilai getaran akan tinggi yaitu pada amplitude 6.54E-06. Kemudian untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, maka akan digunakan pelumas grease atau oli. Kata Kunci: Getaran, Planetary Gear, Ratio, Gear
