Abstract
Market demand in the field of motorcycle transportation is increasing, therefore in the manufacturing process of making motorcycles needs to be increased in order to provide satisfaction to customers. In addition to the development carried out on the engine supporting the motorcycle assembly process, the human factor needs to be improved to reach the target, therefore training is needed to add special skills in it. The training in question is the assembly and dismantling of motorcycle units or assembling, the process is simulated almost as actual as in the industry. At the time of the training, the writer saw that the process was less optimal, namely the length of the process, the lack of safety and the need for more than one person when dismantling and assembling a motorcycle, therefore the writer tried to make aids, namely a jack to support the problems that exist during the demolition and bicycle assembly training. motorcycle. The initial step is to collect the required data information and then the data is poured into a design and tested by the finite element method using the inventor software, after passing the design test the next step is the drafting process that produces 2D drawing images so that it can be processed to the stage of making the process manufacturing is divided into several processes, namely the process of lathe, milling, cutting, bending, welding, and important, which after finished then tested the strength of its construction. The result of this design is a bike lift jack jack with a drive system that is threaded to support the training process when assembling. Keywords: manufacturing, bike lift jack, assembling Permintaan pasar dibidang transportasi sepeda motor kian meningkat oleh karena itu dalam proses manufaktur pembuatan sepeda motor perlu ditingkatkan guna memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan. Selain pengembangan yang dilakukan pada mesin pendukung proses perakitan sepeda motor, faktor human perlu ditingkatkan untuk mencapai target, oleh karena itu diperlukan pelatihan untuk menambahkan skill khusus didalamnya. Pelatihan yang dimaksud adalah perakitan dan pembongkaran unit sepeda motor atau assembling, proses tersebut disimulasikan hampir sama aktual seperti di industry. Pada saat pelatihan berlangsung penulis melihat kurang optimalnya proses yaitu lamanya proses, kurangnya safety dan membutuhkan lebih dari satu orang saat membongkar dan merakit sepeda motor, oleh karena itu penulis berusaha membuat alat bantu yaitu dongkrak guna menunjang permasalahan yang ada pada saat pelatihan pembongkaran dan perakitan sepeda motor. Langkah awal dengan mengumpulkan informasi data yang diperlukan yang kemudian data tersebut dituangkan ke dalam suatu disain dan diuji dengan metode finite element menggunakan sofwere inventor, setelah lulus uji desain langkah berikutnya yaitu proses drafting yang menghasilkan output gambar berupa drawing 2D agar dapat diproses ketahap pembuatannya yaitu proses manufaktur yang dibagi menjadi beberapa proses yaitu proses bubut, milling, cutting, bending, welding, dan panting, yang setelah jadi kemudian diuji kekuatan kontruksinya. Hasil dari perancangan ini adalah dongkrak bike lift jack dengan sistem penggerak yaitu ulir guna menunjang proses pelatihan pada saat assembling. Kata kunci: manufaktur, bike lift jack, assembling
