Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Nizar Ismail NIM : 41515310014 Pembimbing TA : Adi Hartanto, ST,M.Kom Judul : Sistem Pemesanan Tiket Bus Berbasis Website Banyak pemesanan tiket bus biasanya dilakukan dengan cara konvensional hal itu dianggap tidak optimal karena konsumen perlu pergi ke loket tiket di kantor perusahaan, di mana kadang-kadang kesalahan dalam perhitungan penjualan dan pembuatan laporan terjadi. Dan biasanya banyak ditemukan kesalahan perhitungan dalam pembayaran dan pembuatan laporan dan menghabiskan terlalu banyak waktu. Disamping itu terdapat beberapa bus dengan tujuan yang sama dengan harga dan fasilitas yang bervariasi yang membuat penumpang terkadang sulit untuk menentukan jenis dan tipe bus yang akan di tumpangi. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat meberikan rekomendasi kepada masyarakat untuk memilih bus yang akan mereka gunakan dalam melakukan perjalanan. Sistem yang di bangun menggunakan algoritma CART (Classification And Regression Trees) pada web. Algoritma CART merupakan salah satu teknik eksplorasi data yaitu teknik pohon keputusan, bertujuan untuk mendapatkan suatu kelompok data yang akurat sebagai penciri dari suatu pengklasifikasian. Klasifikasi data dilakukan ke dalam beberapa jenis parameter data, yaitu jarak, harga_tiket dan jadwal. Hasil uji coba menunjukan bahwa sistem yang di bangun dapat memberikan rekomendasi bus yang tepat kepada user sebelum melakukan pemesanan tiket sehingga user dapat mengetahui ketersediaan bus, fasilitas bus, waktu keberangkatan bus, serta harga tiket bus. And usually a lot of miscalculation is found in payments and reports and spend too much time. Besides that there are several buses with the same purpose with varying prices and facilities that make passengers sometimes difficult to determine the type and type of bus to be boarded. Therefore an application is needed that can give recommendations to the community to choose the bus they will use when traveling. The system built using the CART (Classification And Regression Trees) algorithm Web-based. CART algorithm is one of the data exploration techniques, namely decision tree technique, aims to get a group of accurate data as a characteristic of a classification. Data classification is carried out into several types of data parameters, namely distance, ticket price and schedule. The trial results show that the system built can provide the right bus recommendations to the user before booking a ticket so that the user can find out the availability of the bus, bus facilities, bus departure times, and the price of the bus ticket.
