Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Malikh Akbar Dayanara NIM : 41515310013 Pembimbing TA : Sri Dianing Asri, ST, M.Kom Judul : Analisa Load Balancing Web Server Menggunakan Haproxy Pada PT EDI Indonesia Pada setiap mengakses situs website pada waktu bersamaan, Maka web server mengalami (Overload) Oleh karena itu web server milik PT EDI Indonesia tidak dapat menampung request yang diterima. Dalam suatu permasalahan terjadi ketika web server bermesin tunggal sehingga client akan mesulitkan akses server EDI tersebut. Dengan adanya Teknik load balancing aplikasi Haproxy, dapat membantu permasalahan dalam mengatur pembagian beban. Analisa yang dilakukan yaitu bantuan web server dalam mensimulasi jumlah beban web server untuk pemberian beban pada pengujian pemerataan beban, hingga melihat pengaruh CPU dengan beban user yang disimulasikan. Hasil yang dicapai adalah Analisa load balancing menggunakan haproxy dapat berjalan secara fungsional dan telah dikerjakan sesuai skenario pengujian. Selama menjadi solusi cepat memperbaiki kinerja web server dalam melayani request dari pengguna, dengan dibantu algortima round robin dan least connection terbukti dengan pengujian menggunakan apache dalam menghitung time per request antar multi web server yang menggunakan haproxy lebih baik dari single server. terbukti bahwa haproxy lebih cepat dalam menangani request web server tersebut. In a case the problem occurs when the web server is a single machine so the client will complicate access to the EDI server. With the Haproxy application load balancing technique, it can help with problems in managing load sharing. The analysis is carried out, namely the help of a web server in simulating the amount of web server load to load the load equalization test, to see the effect of the CPU on the simulated user load. The results achieved are load balancing analysis using haproxy can run functionally and has been done according to the testing scenario. As long as it is a quick solution to improve web server performance in serving requests from users, with the help of round robin algorithms and least connections proven by testing using Apache in calculating the time per request between multi web servers that use haproxy better than a single server. it is proven that haproxy is faster in handling web server requests.
