Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris tentang pengaruh Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Leverage, Profitabilitas terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Leverage, Profitabilitas. Variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah Kebijakan Deviden. Metode penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengujian asumsi klasik dan analisis statistik regresi linear berganda. Metode pangambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Dengan populasi penelitian pada perusahaan consumer goods yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014 - 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Leverage, Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap Kebijakan Dividen sedangkan Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kebijakan Deviden. Kata kunci : Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Leverage, Profitabilitas, dan Kebijakan Deviden ABSTRACT The research aims to obtainss emperical evidence about the effect of Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Leverage, Profitability on Dividend Policy . The independent variables used are Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Leverage, Profitability. The dependent variable used is Dividend Policy. This research method used is a quantitative method by testing classical assumptions and statistical analysis of multiple linear regression. The sampling method used is purposive sampling technique. With the research population at food and beverage company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2014 – 2018 period.. The results of the study indicate that Leverage, Profitability have a positive effect on Dividend Policy while Institutional Ownership and Managerial Ownership negative effect on Dividend Policy.
