Abstract
Indonesia is not only famous for its cultural diversity, but is also famous for a variety of delicious traditional culinary delights spread throughout Indonesia. However, at this time, many people and tourists are not familiar with Indonesian specialties because there is still a lack of people to introduce traditional culinary tourism to tourists. A number of studies have been conducted to develop an Android-based culinary tourism recommendation system. These studies apply a number of methods that can produce culinary tourism recommendations so that tourists do not have to find suitable culinary tourism locations themselves. In this study, we propose a new model in determining traditional culinary recommendations related to “KULTRA”. Where, the model we built is based on Android using the Simple Additive Weigtning (SAW) method and the Technique for Orders Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). This built model can consider the weight preference for each criterion. In addition, this system can generate the best recommendations for each criterion when determining the recommendations for traditional culinary locations that users want. Keyword: Culinary Tourism, Recommendations, SAW, TOPSIS Indonesia tidak hanya terkenal dengan keanekaragaman budayanya, namun terkenal pula dengan bermacam-macam kuliner tradisional yang lezat dan tersebar ke seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Namun saat ini, masih banyak masyarakat dan wisatawan yang kurang mengenal makanan tradisional khas Indonesia karena kurangnya penyajian masyarakat untuk memperkenalkan wisata kuliner tradisional ke wisatawan. Sejumlah penelitian telah dilakukan untuk mengembangkan sistem rekomendasi wisata kuliner berbasis Android. Penelitian-penelitian tersebut menerapkan sejumlah metode yang dapat menghasilkan rekomendasi wisata kuliner agar wisatawan tidak harus mencari sendiri lokasi wisata kuliner yang sesuai. Pada penelitian ini, kami mengusulkan sebuah model baru dalam menentukan rekomendasi kuliner tradisional yang dinamakan “KULTRA”. Di mana, model yang kami bangun ini berbasis Android dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weigtning (SAW) dan Technique for Orders Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Model yang dibangun ini dapat mempertimbangkan adanya preferensi bobot untuk tiap kriteria. Selain itu, sistem ini dapat menghasilkan rekomendasi terbaik untuk tiap kriteria pada saat menentukan rekomendasi lokasi kuliner tradisional yang diinginkan pengguna.
