Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Myosi International. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dalam bentuk SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), Budaya Organisasi (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji parsial (uji t). Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on employee performance. The object of this research is employees who work at PT. Myosi International. This research was conducted on 40 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis in the form of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that partially the Leadership Style (X1) has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance (Y), Organizational Culture (X2) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). This is evidenced by the results of the partial test (t test). Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Performance.
