Abstract

The development of information and communication technology will influence economic behavior as a means to create, distribute and market a product quickly and easily. PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia is a technology-based service provider company engaged in e-commerce and market places. Monitoring on PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia still uses the Microsoft Excel online application, which has several weaknesses, which become obstacles in monitoring that is not being able to give specific work orders, cannot provide due date information on the research carried out or detailed work that has been given towards the manager. Based on the problems described, a monitoring and evaluation application is developed so that the company can determine the division of tasks and monitor employees easily and complexly.
