Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Indesso Aroma Cileungsi Bogor West Java. This research is a quantitative research. This research was conducted at PT. Indesso Aroma Cileungsi Bogor West Java with a total population of 63 employees in warehouse departement. The sample in this study was 54 employees using the Slovin formula with a 5% limit. The technique of data collection is done by questionnaire method. Test the validity and reliability of the product moment correlation formula data from Pearson and Cronbach's Alpha. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded, (1) there is a positive and significant influence on work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Indesso Aroma Cileungsi Bogor West Java, (2) there is a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Indesso Aroma Cileungsi Bogor West Java, (3) there is a positive and significant influence on work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Indesso Aroma Cileungsi Bogor West Java. Keywords : Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation and work Employes ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indesso Aroma Cileungsi Bogor Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Indesso Aroma Cileungsi Bogor Jawa Barat dengan populasi seluruh karyawan gudang yang berjumlah 63 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 54 karyawan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan batas 5%. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas data formula korelasi product moment dari pearson dan cronbach’s alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diambil kesimpulan, (1) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indesso Aroma Cileungsi Bogor Jawa Barat, (2) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indesso Aroma Cileungsi Bogor Jawa Barat, (3) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indesso Aroma Cileungsi Bogor Jawa Barat.
