Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return On Asset (ROA) terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan sub sektor transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2013-2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dan dari pengujian model regresi data panel didapatkan model pengujian yang paling tepat digunakan adalah common effect model. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai adjusted R-square sebesar 0,165677 atau 16,56%. Secara parsial menunjukan bahwa variabel Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, dan variabel Return On Asset (ROA) berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Kata Kunci: current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return On Asset (ROA) dan Harga Saham ABSTRACT This research is to examine anda analyze the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Asset (ROA) on Stock Price of companies in sub sector transportation which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2017. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis and it is found that the more appropriate model used is random effect. From the research results obtained adjusted R-square value of 0.165677 or 16,56%%. partially show that variabel of Current Ratio (CR) have positive and no significant influence to stock price, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variable have positive and significant effect to stock price and Return On Asset (ROA) have positive and no significant influence to stock price Keywords: Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA) and Stock Price
