Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return On Equity (ROE) terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017. Tedapat 28 sampel perusahaan properti dan real estate yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi data panel dari software Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji t-statistik ini menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, DER berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, ROE berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Hasil koefisien R-Squared 0.838067 menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh 83.80% terhadap harga saham yang dijelaskan oleh variabel CR, DER dan ROE sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return On Equity (ROE) dan Harga Saham ABSTRACT This research is to examine and analyze the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Equity (ROE) on Stock Price of properti and real estate companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2017. There are 28 samples of property and real estate companies selected using purposive sampling method. This research use panel data regression analysis of Eviews Software 9. The result of this research by usking t-statistic test shows that Current Ratio (CR) has positive and no significant effect to stock price, DER has negative and no significant effect to stock price, Return On Equity (ROE) has positive and significant effect to stock price. The result of R-Squared 0.838067 indicates that there is 83.80% effect to stock price which is explained by independent variable CR, DER and ROA while the rest is influenced by other factors outside of this research.
