Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to know the impact on value of the company which is influenced by profitability, liquidity, solvency, and activity. In this research, value of the company is measured by Price to Book Value (PBV), profitability is measured by Return on Equity (ROE), liquidity is measured by Current Ratio (CR), solvency is measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and activity is measured by Working Capital Turnover (WCTO). The object of this research in the company’s Automotive and Components were listed on the Indonesia stock exchange period 2013-2017. The data used are secondary data obtained at the Indonesia stock exchange. The research design used was causal research. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling method. Of these method retrieved 6 companies that meet the criteria of 13 companies over a period of five years of observation. Analitycal techniques used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed ROE has a positive and significantlyeffect on the value of the company. CR has a negative and significantly impact on the value of the company. While DER has a negative and not significant effect on the value of the company. And WCTO has positive and not not significant impact on the value of the company. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak pada nilai perusahaan yang dipengaruhi oleh profitabilitas, likuiditas, solvabilitas dan aktivitas. Dalam penelitian ini nilai perusahaan diukur dengan Price to Book Value (PBV), profitabilitas diukur dengan Return on Equity (ROE), likuiditas diukur dengan Current Ratio (CR), solvabilitas diukur dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sector Otomotif dan Komponen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode tersebut diperoleh 6 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria dari total 13 perusahaan selama periode pengamatan lima tahun. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ROE berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. CR berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. DER berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan WCTO berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata kunci : Return on Equity, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Working Capital Turn Over, Price to Book Value.
