Abstract

ABSTRAK Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian buah lokal pada PT. J-Sri Anugrah Utama. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisa kuantitatif. Alat olah data yang digunakan adalah SPSS. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa data memenuhi untuk validitas dan reliabilitas. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain kausal. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 64 pelanggan, dan sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh populasi sebanyak 64 pelanggan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga dan kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan kualitas layanan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata kunci : harga, kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, keputusan pembelian ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and service quality on local fruit purchasing decisions at PT. J-Sri Anugrah Utama. The method of data analysis is done using a quantitative analysis approach. The data processing tool used is SPSS. The statistical test results show that the data meets for validity and reliability. The research design used was causal design. The population in this study were 64 customers, and the sample used was the entire population of 64 customers. Data collection techniques using primary data using a questionnaire as a tool. The results showed that the price and quality of products had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and then service quality does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
