Abstract

ABSTRACT Research now over the education levels and the ability the placement employees at an institute of muhammadiyah Babat east java. Object this research is one the total sample the 41 respondents.Used the quantitative research descriptive. Therefore, analysis the data used was statistical analysis in the form of the regression analysis linear berganda. This research result indicates that in education persial levels, ability the associated significantly to employees. The t the shows t count of 3.387 greater than the t table of 1.663 and also the value of significance of 0.002 smaller than 0.05. Can be concluded that the associated significant impact on assignment employees .And the same as placement employees of the ability of this is proven from the test linear analysis multiple who shows the significantly from variables support a hypotheses . Test results t shows the t count 2.775 greater than the t table of 1.663 or value significance of 0.009 smaller than 0.05 .Can be concluded that placement employees significant of the ability of hence , the result of this research stated that there is relation of educational levels , and the ability to placement employees muhammadiyah institutions . Keywords: Educational Level, ability and placement Officer ABSTRAK Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkatan pendidikan, dan kemampuan dengan penempatan pegawai pada lembaga Muhammadiyah. Objek penelitian ini adalah penempatan pegawai dengan jumlah sampel 41 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara persial tingkatan pendidikan, kemampuan berhubungan signifikan terhadap penempatan pegawai . hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 3.387 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel sebesar 1.663 dan juga nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.002 lebih kecil dari 0.05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan berhubungan signifikan terhadap penempatan pegawai. Dan sama halnya dengan penempatan pegawai terhadap kemampuan Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji analisis linier berganda yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari variabel-variabel yang mendukung hipotesis. hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai t hitung 2.775 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel sebesar 1.663 atau nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.009 lebih kecil dari 0.05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penempatan pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan oleh karena itu, hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan dari tingkatan pendidikan, dan kemampuan terhadap penempatan pegawai lembaga Muhammdiyah.
