Abstract
Effect of Self efficacy on Resilience in Adolescent Orphanages Rizka Ardyarini Mistety Oktavianti, M.Psi., Psi University Mercubuana ABSTRACT This research was to determine the effect of Self efficacy on resilience in adolescents in orphanages. The research method used is quantitative regression research. The population in this study were 300 orphaned teenagers. Sampling uses probability sampling technique, namely Cluster sampling, totaling 147 people. The data collection tool uses the Self efficacy scale and Resilience scale. The hypothesis of this study is that there is an effect of Self efficacy on resilience in adolescents in orphanages. So it is assumed that the higher the self efficacy, the higher the resilience in adolescents in care, on the contrary the lower the Self efficacy the lower the resilience in orphaned adolescents. Keywords: Self efficacy, Resilience, Youth, Orphanage Pengaruh Self efficacy Terhadap Resiliensi Pada Remaja Panti Asuhan Rizka Ardyarini Mistety Oktavianti,M.Psi., Psi University Mercubuana ABSTRAK Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Self efficacy terhadap resiliensi pada remaja di panti asuhan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif regresi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja yatim piatu sejumlah 300 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling yaitu Cluster sampling, berjumlah 147 orang. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Self efficacy dan skala Resiliensi. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa ada pengaruh Self efficacy terhadap resiliensi pada remaja di panti asuhan. Sehingga diasumsikan bahwa semakin tinggi Self efficacy maka semakin tinggi resiliensi pada remaja dipanti asuhan, sebaliknya semakin rendah Self efficacy maka semakin rendah resiliensi pada remaja yatim piatu.
