Abstract

With the increasing need for productivity and the use of high technology in the form of machines and production facilities, the need for maintenance functions is increasing. PT. Mada Wikri Tunggal is a company that produces vehicle components made of metal and plastic and is a supplier to several brands of motorized vehicles in Indonesia. At PT. Mada Wikri Tunggal has several production lines, one of which is the stamping process where the machines on the line work 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The existence of machine damage results in the cessation of the machine (downtime) to carry out the production process and experience delays so that the production process is less effective. One of the machines that suffered the most damage in 2021 was the Dong Shin DSW 200 which reached 57 times of damage, both large and small, with the most damaged components being the oil line pipe, oil line hose, seal, and oil filter. This research uses RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) methods. The RCM and FMEA methods used are the most suitable methods to be used because the damage history data they have is the data needed for calculating the damage interval. From the calculation results, the maintenance interval on the Oil Line Pipe component is 51 days (1224 hours), Oil Line Hose 43 days (1032 hours), Seal is 55 days or (1320 hours) and Oil Filter is 59 days (1416 hours). Keywords: FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), Maintenance Management, RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) Dengan semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan produktivitas dan penggunaan teknologi yang tinggi berupa mesin serta fasilitas produksi maka kebutuhan akan fungsi perawatan semakin bertambah besar. PT. Mada Wikri Tunggal adalah salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi komponen kendaraan yang berbahan logam dan plastic dan menjadi supplier beberapa merek kendaraan bermotor di Indonesia. Pada PT. Mada Wikri Tunggal memiliki beberapa line produksi, salah satunya adalah proses stamping dimana mesin pada line tersebut bekerja 24 jam sehari dan 7 hari dalam seminggu. Adanya kerusakan mesin berakibat pada berhentinya mesin (downtime) untuk melakukan proses produksi dan mengalami delay sehingga proses produksi kurang efektif. Salah satu mesin yang mengalami kerusakan terbanyak pada 2021 adalah Dong Shin DSW 200 yang mencapai 57 kali kerusakan baik besar maupun kecil dengan komponen yang banyak mengalami kerusakan adalah Pipa saluran oli, Selang saluran oli, Seal dan filter oli. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) dan FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis). Metode RCM dan FMEA yang digunkaan merupakan metode yang paling sesua untuk digunkan karena dari data riwayat kerusakan yang dimiliki meruoakan data yang dibutuhkan untuk perhitungan interval kerusakan. Dari hasil perhitungan menghasilkan interval perawatan pada komponen Pipa saluran oli selama 51 hari (1224 jam), Selang Saluran Oli 43 hari (1032 jam), Seal sebesar 55 hari atau (1320 jam) dan Filter Oli sebesar sebesar 59 hari (1416 jam).
