Abstract
A project requires scheduling (scheduling). PT.Telkom Akses is one of the subsidiaries owned by PT. Telkom Indonesia which is engaged in working on fiber optic network installation projects. At his job. PT. Telkom Akses requires scheduling planning. Data processing that is done is identification of the critical path, the accumulation of project duration and costs with the Critical Path Method (CPM), Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) and the Crashing method. In the calculation result of the duration in the CPM method, if the project is shortened to 40 working days from the normal time of 43 working days. Then an additional cost (cost slope) is required in total of Rp51,413,505. from the normal cost of Rp377,898,954 to Rp429,312,459. Meanwhile, in the calculation of the duration of the PERT method, if the project is shortened to 40 working days from the normal time of 52 working days. Then an additional fee of Rp136,173,494 is required. From the normal cost of Rp380,606,225 to Rp516,779,719. When compared with actual realizations in the field, the actual project duration is 66 working days with a budget value of IDR 327,512,130.00. then the realization in the field tends to be late, and uses a fairly large budget when compared to the duration of the CPM and PERT calculations Keywords: Project Scheduling, Critical Path Method (CPM), Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT), Crashing, Critical Path, Duration, Project Cost. Suatu proyek memerlukan penjadwalan (scheduling). PT.Telkom Akses adalah salah satu anak perusahaan milik PT.Telkom Indonesia yang bergerak dalam pengerjaan proyek instalasi jaringan fiber optik. Pada pekerjaannya. PT. Telkom Akses membutuhkan perencanaan penjadwalan. Pengolahan data yang di lakukan adalah identifikasi jalur kritis, akumulasi durasi dan biaya proyek dengan metode Critical Path Method (CPM), Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) dan metode Crashing. Pada hasil perhitungan durasi pada metode CPM, apabila proyek dipersingkat menjadi 40 hari kerja dari waktu normal 43 hari kerja. Maka diperlukan penambahan biaya (cost slope) total sebesar Rp51,413,505. dari biaya normal sebesar Rp377,898,954, menjadi Rp429,312,459. Sedangkan pada hasil perhitungan durasi metode PERT, apabila proyek dipersingkat menjadi 40 hari kerja dari waktu normal 52 hari kerja. Maka diperlukan penambahan biaya sebesar Rp136,173,494. Dari biaya normal sebesar Rp380,606,225, menjadi Rp516,779,719. Jika dibandingkan dengan realisasi aktual di lapangan, durasi proyek sebenarnya yaitu dengan 66 hari kerja dengan nilai anggaran sebesar Rp327,512,130.00. maka realisasi di lapangan cenderung terlambat, dan menggunakan anggaran yang cukup besar jika dibandingkan dengan durasi hasil perhitungan CPM dan PERT.
