Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Motivation of Teacher Performance School District in South Jakarta Rayon 09. This research is used Survey Method with Causal Approach. The results of this study showed a partial organizational culture significantly influence the performance of teachers. This is evidenced by the results of the t test where tcount greater than TTable. The correlation between the variables of organizational culture on the performance of teachers is quite strong. Partial motivation significantly influence the performance of teachers. To the variable dimensions of organizational culture has the responsibility of the regression and correlation coefficients at large that this variable is the most dominant big or small it may affect the contribution of teachers to teacher performance. Therefore, educational institutions need to really pay attention to this responsibility factor in making school rules and policies. For motivation variable dimension need for achievement have the greatest correlation coefficient between the other dimensions. This suggests that the factor of need for achievement have a strong correlation to the performance of teachers that can affect large or small the contribution of teachers to teacher performance.
