Abstract
The role of technology in the learning process on the company by the number and distribution of employees spread throughout Indonesia and motivation to learn is still unsatisfactory by an achievement of learning outcomes in PT XYZ. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of e-Learning, and Motivation to employee performance in Branch Bekasi 1, Bekasi Car, and Tebet Car PT. XYZ. The study was conducted by analyzing the partial relations and jointly between the independent variables of e-Learning and Motivation on Employee Performance dependent variable. The research data were taken from questionnaires to the sampling method used was non-probability. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique to 127 employees. The analytical method used is multiple . The results showed the e-Learning and Motivation together (simultaneously) effect on employee performance. Partially motivation positive significant effect on employee performance, while e-Learning partially no significant effect on employee performance. Motivation variable dimensions motivating employee have the greatest correlation value to variable employee performance on the dimensions of quality of work. Advice given company pay more attention on efforts to provide recogniting, challenge, development, responsibility and involvement for implementation work. Keywords: e-Learning, motivation, employee performance. Peran teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran dengan jumlah dan persebaran karyawan yang tersebar diseluruh indonesia dan motivasi belajar yang masih kurang memuaskan terlihat dari angka pencapaian hasil pembelajaran di PT XYZ. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh e-Learning, dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan di Cabang Bekasi 1 dan Cabang Bekasi Mobil PT. XYZ. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisa hubungan parsial dan secara bersama-sama antara variabel independen e-Learning dan Motivasi terhadap variabel dependen Kinerja Karyawan. Data penelitian merupakan data yang diambil dari kuisioner dengan metode sampling yang digunakan adalah non- probability. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling kepada 80 orang karyawan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan e-Learning dan Motivasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Secara parsial Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, sedangkan e- Learning secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Variabel Motivasi dimensi pendorong motivasi mempunyai nilai korelasi paling besar terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan pada dimensi kualitas kerja. Saran yang diberikan adalah perusahaan lebih memperhatikan pada upaya-upaya memberikan penghargaan, tantangan, pengembangan, tanggung jawab dan ketertiban yang jelas dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan.
