Abstract

CNC 3 Axis is the equipment that is currently needed to promote the prokductivity in the field of industry. The lack of introduction of 3-axis CNC machines since the early and expensive price of the machine is the cause of slow technological developments in industrial field. With the design and the portable CNC 3 Axis machine as well as an affordable price for the lower middle class is expected to increase productivity in the field of industry. From this design, we must take into account the material strength of the 3 axis CNC frame made, so that the CNC is viable and safe to use. In addition to the calculation of the frame, it is necessary to analyze the CNC frame design 3 axis to know the effect of vibration and where the critical point is located in the design. From calculation results and analysis using software Ansys obtained the value of principal stress σ1 = 15, 283n/mm, σ2 = 0 N/mm at points 1 and 3, and σ1 = 211.162 N/mm, σ2 = − 211.162 N/mm at points 2 and 4. For the value von mithe access is σ ' = σ1 = σ x = 15.283 N/mm in the conditions of point 1 and 3, σ ' = 133768.17 N/mm or 133.76817 KN/mm at points 2 and 4. From the value of calculations and the analysis can be concluded that the design of CNC 3 axis designs are safe and feasible to be made. Keyword: CNC 3 axis, Static structural, CNC 3 Axis merupakan peralatan yang saat ini diperlukan guna memajukan prokduktivitas dalam bidang industri. Kurangnya pengenalan mesin CNC 3 axis sejak dini serta mahalnya harga mesin tersebut menjadi penyebab lambatnya perkembangan teknologi di bidang perindustrian. Dengan di rancang dan di buatnya mesin CNC 3 Axis yang portable serta harga yang terjangkau untuk kalangan menengah kebawah diharapkan mampu meningkatkan produktivitas di bidang perindustrian. Dari perancangan inilah kita harus memperhitungkan kekuatan material dari rangka CNC 3 axis yang dibuat, agar CNC tersebut layak dan aman digunakan. Selain perhitungan terhadap rangka, perlu dilakukan analisa terhadap desain rangka CNC 3 axis tersebut untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari getaran dan dimana letak titik kritis yang ada pada desain perancangan tersebut. Dari hasil perhitungan serta analisa menggunakan software ansys didapatkan nilai dari principal stress σ1 = 15,283
