Abstract
Vibration is one of the important parameters in engine maintenance at this time. But the phenomenon of vibration that occurs, both free vibration and forced vibration, is still very difficult for students to understand in the field of mechanical vibration. In this test the authors conducted testing on a 100cc 4 stroke engine vibration test tool as an experimental tool to find out the phenomenon of vibration force. The method is done using three different angles. Vibration measurements were carried out with the Ono Sokki brand FFT Analyzer, with the Kohtect 107B Sensor acceleremeter. The study was conducted at the Vibration Laboratory of Mechanical Engineering Study Program at Mercu Buana University. after the amplitude of each vibration is obtained, the author will validate the results with the Matlab program. at 1100 rpm, the normal condition value is 274,518 N / m, the compressive condition is 53,466 N / m, the compressive condition is 15,985 N / m. at 1050 rpm rotation, the normal condition is 191,268 N / m, the compressive condition is 43,923 N / m, and the compressive condition is 157,955 N / m Keywords: Forced Damped Vibration, Vibration Analyzer, Magnetic Sensor, Matlab, Timing Chain Getaran merupakan salah satu parameter penting dalam pemeliharaan mesin pada saat sekarang ini. Namun fenomena getaran yang terjadi, baik itu getaran bebas maupun getaran paksa, masih sangat sulit di pahami oleh mahasiswa yang mengambil bidang studi ilmu getaran mesin. Dalam pengujian ini penulis melakukan pengujian pada alat uji coba getaran mesin 4 stroke 100cc sebagai alat eksperimen untuk mengetahui fenomena gaya getaran. Metode dilakukan dengan menggunakan tiga sudut yang berbeda. Pengukuran vibrasi dilakukan dengan alat FFT Analyzer merek Ono Sokki, dengan acceleremeter Sensor Kohtect 107B. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Vibrasi Prodi Teknik Mesin Universitas Mercu Buana. setelah amplitudo tiap masing-masing getaran didapat, maka penulis akan menvalidasi hasilnya dengan program Matlab. pada putaran 1100 rpm didapatkan nilai Kondisi normal yaitu 274,518 N/m, Kondisi tekan yaitu 53,466 N/m, Kondisi tidak ada tekan yaitu 15,985 N/m. pada putaran 1050 rpm didapatkan Kondisi normal yaitu 191,268 N/m, Kondisi tekan yaitu 43,923 N/m, dan Kondisi tidak ada tekan yaitu 157,955 N/m Kata Kunci: Getaran Teredam Paksa, Vibration Analyzer, Magnetic Sensor,Matlab,Timing Chain.
