Abstract

ABSTRAK Roler pemadat pada unit Road Maintenance Truck berfungsi untuk memadatkan asphalt hotmix dengan cara digilas memanfaatkan total beban yang diangkut truck pembawa unit, yang menjadi permasalahan adalah dengan kondisi tetap beban muatan yang berkurang adalah kapasitas material asphalt hotmix dalam hopper karena penggunaan dalam proses penambalan jalan yang berlangsung oleh karena itu dengan berkurangnya muatan hotmix dalam hopper maka secara otomatis beban tekan rolerpun ikut berkurang. Dalam hal ini beban yang dijadikan variabel analisa adalah beban muatan asphalt hotmix karena mempunyai prosentase beban yg paling besar dibandingkan variabel beban lainnya yang mempengaruhi tekanan kerja roler pemadat, maka dengan itu penulis menganalisa ulang perhitungan perbandingan muatan asphalt hotmix dalam hopper dengan tekanan roler, dari hasil perhitungan didapat perbandingan maksimum isi hotmix penuh 3 Ton (100%) dengan beban tekan roler gilas sebesar 4,592.67 Kg = 4.6 Ton atau setara 45.04 kN, dan pada kondisi minimum perbandingan isi hotmix kosong (0%) vs beban tekan roler gilas sebesar 2,614.31 Kg = 2.6 Ton atau setara 25.64 kN. Kata Kunci : Roler pemadat, Road Maintenance Truck, Asphalt Hotmix, Penambalan jalan, Tekanan kerja roler. ABSTRACT The function of compactor roller on the Road Maintenance Truck unit is compact the hotmix asphalt by rolled over it, with utilizing the total load which carried by the carrying truck unit, the problem is, with a fixed condition of the reduced load is the capacity of the hotmix asphalt material inside hopper because of the usage in the road filling process, with the reduction of hotmix load inside hopper, the press load of the roller automatically decreases. In this case the load which is used as the analysis variable is the hotmix asphalt load, because it has the largest load percentage, compared to other load variables that affect load pressure of the compactor roller, so the writer reanalyzes the calculation of comparison between asphalt hotmix load inside the hopper with the roller pressure, from the calculation result is obtained the maximum ratio between full hotmix contents of 3 tons (100%) with the compactor roller load is 4,592.67 Kg = 4.6 Ton or equivalent to 45.04 kN, and at minimum conditions the ratio between empty hotmix contents (0%) with the compactor roller load is 2,614.31 Kg = 2.6 Ton or equivalent to 25.64 kN.
