Abstract
ABSTRAK Nama : Muhamad Yusup NIM : 41815310009 Pembimbing TA : Tazkiyah Herdi, S.Kom.,M.Kom Judul : Analisa Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (Studi Kasus SMKF Avicenna Cileungsi) Sistem pelaporan dana Batuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) saat ini masih menggunakan sistem manual, hal tersebut sering timbul kesalahan yang merepotkan pengelolah BOS harus selalu revisi laporan kepada dinas pendidikan. Pengertian dana BOS sendiri adalah program pemerintah untuk penyediaan pendanaan biaya nonpersonal bagi satuan pendidikan dasar dan menengah sebagai sarana pelaksanaan program wajib belajar 12 tahun. Penelitian ini dirancang sistem informasi pengelolaan dana BOS di SMKF Avicenna Cileungsi, dalam bentuk aplikasi web. Sistem informasi ini dapat membantu sekolah dalam proses penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Sekolah (RAPBS) setiap tahun, dan penyusunan Realisasi pelaporan penggunaan dana BOS setiap triwulannya dalam bentuk Buku Kas Umun (BKU) sehingga memudahkan dinas pendidikan dalam pengecakan pelaporan dana bantuan operasional sekolah yang telah disalurkan ke sekolah. kata kunci : Aplikasi Web, Rapbs, Realisasi, Bku ABSTRACT Name : Muhamad Yusup Student Number : 41815310009 Counsellor : Tazkiyah Herdi, S.Kom.,M.Kom Title : Analysis of Design of Management Information Systems for School Operational Assistance Funds (Case Study of SMKF Avicenna Cileungsi) The School Operational Funds (BOS) reporting system is currently still using a manual system, this often results in errors that make it difficult for BOS managers to always revise reports to the education office. The definition of BOS funds itself is a government program to provide non-personal funding for primary and secondary education units as a means of implementing the 12-year compulsory education program. This study designed an information system for the management of BOS funds in SMK Avicenna Cileungsi, in the form of a web application. This information system can help schools in the process of preparing the School Expenditure Budget Plan (RAPBS) every year, and the preparation of the realization of reporting on the use of BOS funds on a quarterly basis in the form of a Community Cash Book (BKU) so as to facilitate the education office in reporting school operational assistance funds that have been distributed to school.
