Abstract
ABSTRAK Teknologi telekomunikasi seluler berkembang dengan cepat seiring dengan kebutuhan manusia untuk saling berkomunikasi. Teknologi telekomunikasi seluler yang ada sekarang antara lain LTE, WCDMA, GSM dan CDMA. Pada perkembangan jaringan LTE layanan data saat ini selalu ditingkatkan, namun kebutuhan dasar tetap tidak bisa ditinggalkan yaitu panggilan suara. Sebuah metode dibutuhkan agar hubungan antar teknologi dapat terlaksana, salah satu metodenya yaitu Single Radio Voice Call Continuity (SRVCC). Single Radio Voice Call Continuity (SRVCC) merupakan metode handover antar teknologi pada LTE yang terjadi apabila user tidak berada pada jaringan LTE kemudian jaringan tersebut akan handover ke jaringan bawaan yaitu jaringan CDMA sehingga tidak terjadi pemutusan panggilan atau yang biasa disebut dengan drop call. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap metode Single Radio Voice Call Continuity (SRVCC) terhadap kualitas sinyal berdasarkan hasil drive test LTE. Kualitas sinyal dapat diukur dari parameter RSRP dan KPI seperti Accesibility, Retainability dan Mobility. Berdasarkan hasil drive test sebelum dan saat terjadi proses SRVCC menunjukan perbedaan nilai yang terjadi pada nilai RSRP diatas -105 dBm jaringan masih berada pada jaringan VoLTE dan pada saat nilai kurang dari -105 dBm terjadi handover dari jaringan VoLTE ke CDMA. Sedangkan untuk nilai KPI mengalami perubahan yang tidak terlalu signifikan sehingga nilai kualitas suara pada area tersebut telah mencapai target KPI. Kata Kunci : VoLTE, SRVCC, KPI, Handover ABSTRACT Cellular telecommunications technology is growing rapidly along with human needs to communicate with each other. The current cellular telecommunications technology includes LTE, WCDMA, GSM and CDMA. In the development of the data service LTE network, it has always been improved, but the basic needs still cannot be abandoned, namely voice calls. A method is needed so that the relationship between technologies can be realized, one method is Single Radio Voice Call Continuity (SRVCC). Single Radio Voice Call Continuity (SRVCC) is a method of handover between technologies in LTE that occurs if the user is not on an LTE network then the network will be handover to the default network, namely the CDMA network so that there is no call termination or commonly called drop call. In this study conducted on the Single Radio Voice Call Continuity (SRVCC) method on signal quality based on the LTE drive test results. Signal quality can be measured from RSRP and KPI parameters such as Accessibility, Retainability and Mobility. Based on the results of the drive test before and during the SRVCC process shows the difference in values that occur at RSRP values above -105 dBm network is still on the VoLTE network and when the value is less than -105 dBm a handover occurs from VoLTE network to CDMA. As for the KPI value, the changes were not too significant, so the value of the sound quality in the area had reached the KPI. Keywords : VoLTE, SRVCC, KPI, Handover
